RPJ Making is a silver jewellery training academy based in Harmada, Jaipur, Rajasthan. We teach the traditional craft of handmade silver jewellery: wire drawing, soldering, chain making, payal (anklet) making, kamar belt (waist belt) work and advanced fancy design. Our courses are taught in simple Hindi, so learners anywhere in India can follow every step at the workbench.
You can learn with us in two ways. Our online courses are video courses that you watch at your own pace on any device. Our offline course is a hands-on workshop where you learn traditional RPJ jewellery making techniques in person. Both are listed on our services page.

- Drawing silver wire to the correct gauge with a hand machine, and rounding wire with the janti
- Melting, alloying and basic soldering (mel dalna, tanka and galai)
- Chain making: heating wire, springs, cutting and linking, soldering and balancing
- Payal designs: curb chain, double chain, collar payal, and 250-gram payal with naka and ghungru work
- Kamar belt in four-line and five-line styles, with keel-kunda and naka-padta fittings
- Advanced fancy work in silver using wax and plaster designs

Our courses are for complete beginners, hobbyists, students and anyone planning to start their own jewellery business.
